Hands over eyes and everyone’s in
Shot the beginning and started again
Asking for wisdom and sharing the truth
Lessons we learned contracted from youth
Meandered mostly purpose unknown
Viewing the leaves that cast their last grown
Withered with beauty and fell from the tree
A single blue flower that screamed silently
As scanned the horror, the twisting leaves
That tiny blue flower found splendor in eves
Black breeze blows, so lonely the moon
The barren tree shone, as sang the loon
A portrait serene as evening glistened
The flower gazed tranquil amidst transition
